The general rule: The Compass if you already hold an MMC and are ready to launch. The Navigator if you're starting from zero and need a guide. Captain's Concierge if your time is more valuable than the cost difference and you want it handled.
Reach out anyway. We build custom engagements regularly — sometimes a client only needs the resume work, or only the network introductions, or a hybrid of two tiers. The packages are templates, not boundaries.
Payment is due in full upfront before work begins. We accept Square (preferred), Zelle, Cash App, ACH transfer, and check.
A non-refundable engagement deposit secures your slot and is applied toward the total. We don't offer installment plans — if cash flow is a concern, the smaller packages or a custom à la carte engagement may be a better fit.
Yes, with conditions. The engagement deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Beyond the deposit, refunds are available for any services that have not yet been rendered. Once a deliverable is in progress or complete, it can't be refunded.
Specific refund terms are written into the signed service agreement for each engagement.
Federal processing times are outside our control. The Navigator and Captain's Concierge timelines build in the typical processing window, but if NMC issues a hold, requests additional documentation, or simply runs slow, your timeline extends accordingly without additional charge.
That said — we know how to keep applications moving and how to respond effectively to NMC's requests. Most of our clients clear faster than they would on their own.
Yes. If you start with the Compass and realize you need the deeper support of the Navigator (or move from Navigator to Captain's Concierge), we'll quote the upgrade based on what's already been delivered and credit your previous payment toward the new tier.
